N'duja di Calabria.10th July 2008, 21:13 Deriving from the French "Anduille" the n'dujia is a type of cured salami, made from genuine pork and flavoured with ground hot chilli pepper. It has it's roots in ancient Greek and Roman kitchens, but it was also enjoyed by the Normans, Spanish and French. N'dujia is a typical Calabrian product. |
