Now run by brothers Federico and Nino, inheritors of the ancient recipes, the Company has over the years worked with passion to produce hand crafted nougat. Today due to its adoption of advanced technological equipment and the careful choice of high quality raw material, the Ccompany is able to meet the most demanding requirements. 

Nougat is a candy for festivities with its mixture of ingredients, honey, egg white, almonds or hazelnuts and flavourings.  The secret lies in the accurate, careful baking which results in the renowned ‘crumbly’ with almonds or hazelnuts, the base for all the other products.
